What's Tungle?

Tungle.me is a free personal scheduling application that makes scheduling meetings easy – across companies, calendar systems and time zones – by automatically preventing double bookings, adjusting for time zones and eliminating the endless back and forth emailing of finding a time to meet.

Tungle.me is not a calendar.  It synchronizes with your existing e-calendar, adding advanced scheduling capabilities.  Tungle.me syncs with all leading e-calendars:  Outlook (with or without Exchange), Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Entourage for Mac and now, Lotus Notes (Notes support is currently in limited Beta.  Click here to participate in the Beta program).

Tungle.me simplifies both inbound and outbound scheduling.  Here’s what that means:

Inbound scheduling

Through your Tungle.me personal scheduling page, others can easily schedule meetings with you without signing up.  They see the times you’ve made available on your page, and send you invitations proposing multiple times for meetings.

You get final say, and once booked, the meeting is automatically added to your calendar.

Outbound scheduling

You can send customized meeting invitations to one or many people to propose specific blocks of time for a meeting.  Each invitee selects all the times that work for them.  Tungle.me selects the earliest time that works for everyone, or you can choose to select the final time yourself once all replies are submitted.  For one-on-one meetings, your invitee picks one time and books it.

Invitees do not have to sign up to reply.
